Concealed Doors “SARA ECO 2” – Laminated

SARA ECO 2 – modern concealed interior doors with a hidden aluminium frame, designed for seamless and minimalist interiors. The door leaf can be painted in the same colour as the wall, allowing the door to blend subtly into the overall interior finish. Concealed hinges are integrated into the door leaf and frame, making them visible only when the door is open.

The doors can be installed in walls with a minimum thickness of 60 mm, making them suitable for most partition and structural walls.

FINISH
CELL – a high-quality polypropylene-based finish, distinguished by rich patterns and colours. It offers high resistance to mechanical damage and everyday wear, ensuring durability and excellent performance.

DOOR LEAF
The door leaf frame is made of softwood, while the surface is covered with HDF board. The door leaf is factory-prepared for concealed hinges. Depending on the desired characteristics, one of three door leaf core options can be selected:

• Honeycomb core – a lightweight and economical core providing stability to the door leaf.
• Tubular chipboard core – a stiffer and stronger core providing increased rigidity and stability.
• Solid chipboard core – a highly robust and rigid core offering increased weight and strength.

OPENING DIRECTION
Available for left-hand or right-hand opening.
Non-rebated door leaf – the door opens outwards.
Rebated door leaf – the door opens inwards.

DOOR FRAME
The highly robust aluminium door frame is integrated into the wall and becomes invisible after the final wall finish is applied. This solution eliminates the need for traditional architraves and creates a seamless wall and door surface.

Available aluminium frame finishes:
• Unpainted aluminium
• White – RAL 9003
• Black – RAL 9005

ADDITIONAL DOOR SET OPTIONS
Ventilation solutions:
• Automatic drop-down seal, ensuring a tight seal when the door is closed
• “U”-shaped ventilation undercut at the bottom of the door leaf
• Ventilation undercut for heat recovery ventilation – 8 or 15 mm
